Frequently Asked Questions
The Bid Nest is a private real-estate offer platform where registered buyers can review property materials, save listings, submit confidential offers, and move toward an agreement without a public auction.
No. Properties receive private offers. Sellers retain control over whether to accept, reject, counter, or decline an offer.
Open Listings and select Save to Watchtower. The property will remain in your Watchtower until you remove it.
Open a property, choose Enter The Nest, complete the offer terms, review the final summary, and select Place My Offer.
Property documents and working agreements are kept with the property. Drafts, templates, deal points, signatures, and DocuSign activity are managed from Agreements.
Signed agreements are locked. Any later change creates a new numbered version so the original signed document and history remain intact.
Messages contains private offer-linked conversations. Each message is dated, attributed to the sender, and retained with the transaction record.
Verification collects the legal transaction name, telephone, role, and authority attestation for administrator review. Automated identity or telephone verification requires a dedicated verification provider.
No money moves through The Bid Nest. The Closing Center records attorney, escrow, secure-portal, telephone-verification, masked bank details, and wire status while the bank or closing provider executes the transfer.
The Closing Center creates location-based search suggestions for a real-estate closing attorney, title or escrow company, or settlement attorney and lets the parties save the selected closing professional.
Only authorized sellers or administrators can remove property records or files. Some listings may be protected while offers or unfinished deal activity exist.
